Callie is an advocate for the consumer: offering preventive, proactive advice for all your remodeling concerns. We prefer to co-design with your architect and builder before any expensive mistakes are made during the building process.

We offer 1000's of fabrics from Vervain, Lee Jofa, and Brunschwig and Fils to name only a few brand names for use on 1000's of frames, most upholstery with a 28 day leadtime!
Principal designer Callie Duritsa graduated summa cum laude from Savannah College of Art and Design with a B.F.A. in Interior Design and Historic Preservation and post-graduate work at NYU and Johns Hopkins.
Callie started her career with nationally recognized designer Mary Douglas Drysdale. Callie is a member of the Washington chapter of IFDA (International Furniture and Design Association.) She is a member of BNI Gaithersburg and Women of Washington, recently disbanded. A yogini practicing for over 11 years, Callie is now a certified Yoga Teacher 200. She is also a gardener who loves to dig her aggravations away! Because of her interests in yoga, historic preservation, the environment, and strictly monitored urban renewal, Callie strongly focuses her design work to include the principles of feng shui, green design, and conscious-consumerism and clutter- free organization. She, her family and friends have completely restored her 158 year old Federal townhome in historic downtown Frederick.
